TL;DR
Program Manager, Strategic Sales (SaaS): Coordination and execution of initiatives supporting the Strategic Sales team with an accent on acquisition, deployment, and product implementation for high-priority accounts. What you will do
- Develop strategies to grow Strategic Sales through acquisition, deployment, and product innovation.
- Identify high-impact opportunities and domain-specific challenges to achieve team OKRs.
- Act as a key cross-functional point of contact, advocating for Account Directors and customers.
- Standardize processes and resolve operational inefficiencies to streamline delivery.
- Mitigate project risks and track milestones through regular reporting and communication.
- Coordinate stakeholders to ensure internal and external projects align with long-term success.
Requirements
- Proven experience owning complex programs and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong background in SaaS environments, ideally with enterprise or franchising business models.
- Experience across the customer journey including acquisition, partner management, and product delivery.
- Proficiency with project management (Jira, Asana), mapping (Miro, Lucid), and data tools (Excel, PowerBI, SQL).
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate within matrix organizations.
- Must be based in the specified US states listed in the location section.
Nice to have
- Experience in the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Expertise with Salesforce, Gainsight, or customer service scoring (NPS, CSAT).
