Location: Onsite in Niagara Falls, NY (being based in East Aurora with occasional travel to Niagara Falls is also considered)

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 Annually

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional and cross-site project teams through complex programs, ranging from high-volume production to new product development.
• Manage project budget, scope, and schedule commitments as the primary technical point of contact.
• Develop new product requirements by consulting with customers and sales personnel.
• Validate conceptual problem solutions using trade studies and analyses.
• Lead successful proposals and cost estimates, including writing the technical volume.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers and help establish best practices for project engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (Advanced degree MS, PhD, or MBA preferred).
• At least 12 years of progressive experience, including 5 years leading or supporting complex development projects.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance and access to U.S. export-controlled information.
• Must pass a full physical, including bloodwork and pulmonary function testing.
• Strong proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVMS).
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills.
