Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 + equity

What you will do

• Own and drive master schedules for new satellite programs from inception through launch and on-orbit operations.
• Develop and deliver data-driven critical path schedules and progress updates to internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and production teams to assure alignment to ground truth milestones.
• Identify required dependencies from internal and external stakeholders and assess project risks.
• Build schedule tools and reports to enable time-relevant decision-making.
• Lead high-impact reviews to keep plans current and actionable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, operations management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with project planning and integrated master scheduling.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Project, Primavera, or similar scheduling applications.
• Deep understanding of critical path analysis, risk analysis, health metrics, and work breakdown structures.
• Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by ITAR regulations.
• Ability to work irregular business hours to support proposals or critical project timelines.
