What you will do

• Own delivery, cost, and quality performance across multiple value streams or complex programs.
• Lead cross-value-stream prioritization and tradeoff decisions to ensure scalability.
• Implement high-impact Lean initiatives targeting throughput, cost structure, and scalability.
• Manage day-to-day production execution, monitoring plans and resolving bottlenecks via root cause analysis.
• Partner with Manufacturing Managers to align long-term capacity and capability needs.
• Coach and mentor Value Stream Manager I roles and promote execution discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Strong command of Lean Manufacturing systems (flow optimization, bottleneck management, value stream design).
• Deep familiarity with AS9100, ITAR, and program review processes.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for capacity planning and performance analysis.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Experience scaling production systems during growth, ramp, or NPI transitions.
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with enterprise-level impact.
• Experience representing operations in executive forums.
