What you will do

• Advance refrigerant heat exchanger designs by creating innovative concepts to improve performance and cost efficiency.
• Enhance analytical prediction capabilities for two-phase refrigerant systems through thermal analysis and empirical data.
• Coordinate prototype builds, including design support, procurement, and assembly oversight.
• Prepare technical inputs for RFIs and RFQs, including performance predictions and sizing assessments.
• Support APQP activities and design validation testing to ensure product durability and quality.
• Drive continuous improvements in heat exchanger performance and analytical toolchains.

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong background in heat transfer, thermal-fluid systems, and heat exchanger design (specifically two-phase refrigerant systems).
• Experience with manufacturing processes such as sheet metal forming, brazing, and machining.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and make quantitative engineering decisions.
• Proficiency in data-analysis tools like Python or Matlab.
• English: Fluent written and spoken proficiency required.
