Salary: $92,000 - $98,000 CAD

What you will do

• Perform circuit extraction and identify active/passive devices from high-resolution images
• Operate proprietary CAD tools to place devices, set parameters, and establish connectivity
• Provide detailed analysis of analog, mixed-signal, and custom digital circuit designs including schematic partitioning
• Map devices to image elements and construct schematic structures
• Prepare die floor plan analysis, standard cell schematics, layouts, and statistical analysis
• Support customers by discussing technical findings

Requirements

• BSc in Electrical Engineering, preferably microelectronics specialization
• Minimum 5+ years relevant industry experience
• Strong knowledge of CMOS or FinFET circuit design including amplifiers, converters, voltage generation, clocking, or digital logic
• Strong understanding of microelectronic device physical design and layout
• Experience in SDRAM, NAND flash, embedded memories, RF transceivers, power management, or processors
• Submit citizenship/permanent residency information for U.S. Export Control compliance
• Team player with self-starter mindset for self-directed projects
