What you will do

• Deliver commercial outcomes and meet key budgetary targets.
• Lead business development activity, including pitching new solutions and tailored client propositions.
• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio while securing new relationships and opportunities.
• Support senior management in executing team strategy and identifying new growth markets.
• Collaborate with business partners, operations, and risk colleagues for day-to-day management.
• Optimize existing processes to identify more efficient, client-focused ways of working.

Requirements

• Must be residing in Jersey or hold the right to work in Jersey.
• Strong understanding of product offerings and the Jersey business, economic, and market environment.
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple competing demands.
• Confidence and clarity in communicating across all levels, both verbally and in writing.
• Solid understanding of the key risks facing the business and how to manage them.
