What you will do

• Build end-to-end data models in Dataform and handle complex transformations.
• Provide actionable strategic insights by analyzing the causes behind data trends.
• Optimize SQL performance for cost and runtime while managing technical debt.
• Develop visual, self-serve dashboards for KPI tracking and data exploration.
• Design scalable analysis processes and take ownership of the Customer Marketing data domain.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other analysts through code reviews.

Requirements

• Expert SQL proficiency with the ability to write optimized, high-performance code.
• Experience developing scalable domain-level data models using Dataform or dbt.
• Strong knowledge of attribution modelling and cohort analysis.
• Familiarity with marketing tech tools such as Braze, Optimizely, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA4.
• Proficiency with version control tools like Git and GitHub.
• Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.
