What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including Software Development, Cloud Ops, Product Management, and UX.
  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies to ensure sourced candidates outweigh inbound applicants.
  • Integrate AI tools across the recruiting lifecycle to increase velocity and improve decision-making.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to define success profiles and run effective intake meetings.
  • Maintain a high offer-acceptance rate (>90%) and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Mitigate candidate fraud through process design and tooling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of closing senior-level technical talent (Software, DevOps, Product, UX).
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI to materially improve recruiting outcomes.
  • Expertise in sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines from scratch.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence hiring teams and drive alignment.
