What you will do

• Partner with Strategic Finance and GTM Leadership to translate financial plans into regional and segment-level targets, investment priorities, and operating plans
• Build investment and resourcing plans across GTM to align capacity with strategic priorities
• Lead bi-annual planning cycles end-to-end, driving cross-functional alignment across Finance, GTM Leadership, Field Operations, Data, and Enablement
• Translate top-down plans into individual field targets to drive accountability and performance
• Own attainment, productivity, and performance analyses to identify risks and opportunities
• Develop data-driven recommendations guiding GTM strategy, segmentation, and org design
• Serve as strategic partner to GTM Leadership with analytical rigor and stakeholder influence

Requirements

• 8–10+ years in GTM strategy and operations, business operations, strategic finance, consulting, or related analytical function
• Strong financial modeling and planning experience connecting strategy to targets, headcount, and investments
• Deep understanding of GTM strategy, operating models, productivity levers, SaaS, and consumption-based revenue models in high-growth tech
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional planning processes and aligning senior stakeholders
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
• Strong executive communication skills to distill complexity and influence leadership
