Salary: CA$103,500 – CA$137,250

What you will do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pricing and billing processes and document functional requirements.
  • Configure Salesforce CPQ for complex pricing, discounting, bundling, quote templates, approvals, and advanced logic like product rules and guided selling.
  • Implement Salesforce Billing for invoicing, payment collection, revenue recognition, subscription models, usage-based billing, amendments, and renewals.
  • Design and implement integrations with NetSuite, ERP systems, payment gateways, and tax engines using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft or Boomi.
  • Develop custom workflows, approval processes, automation, reports, and dashboards; prepare configuration runbooks and conduct user training.
  • Support deployment, post-implementation enhancements, and guide buy vs. build decisions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Development with strong expertise in Revenue Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Billing; hands-on experience with subscription management, revenue recognition, and Quote to Cash process.
  • Experience configuring products, pricing, bundles, rules, templates, approvals, discounting, and optimizing quote-to-order processes.
  • Knowledge of subscription billing, invoicing, payments, tax handling, collections, usage-based billing, and integrations with NetSuite/ERP via REST/SOAP and MuleSoft/Boomi.
  • Experience with Agentforce and excellent communication skills.
