What you will do

• Support Maximo implementation projects and interface with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Configure IBM Maximo software to meet specific client needs.
• Create documentation for business requirements, functional/technical specifications, test cases, and user training guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment phases.
• Apply standardized SDLC methodologies to all assigned project tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL, C#, or other programming languages.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Relational Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2).
• Knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, or containerized applications.
• Experience with PowerBI, Talend, Selenium, or SSIS.
• Prior internship or co-op experience in a professional industry.
