What you will do

• Lead the creation of cutting-edge digital solutions by combining user-centric design, emerging technologies, and innovative practices.
• Drive ideation, prototyping, and architecture for next-generation platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration.
• Foster a culture of innovation and partner with business and technology teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable designs.
• Accelerate digital transformation through modern frameworks and design thinking.
• Lead a team of approximately 25+ engineers and manage solution design, frameworks, and standards for software development.
• Be responsible for innovation and prototyping.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Design, Business, Cybersecurity, Health Informatics).
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in at least one of the following areas: digital health, product development, UX design, enterprise security, or systems operations.
• Proven experience leading large cross-functional teams and managing enterprise-level initiatives.
• Deep Expertise in enterprise solution design and architecture, including microservices, API-driven design, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong technical understanding of integration patterns, event-driven systems, and scalable distributed systems.
• Ability to define solution design strategy and innovation roadmap.

• Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA, MDes, MPH) in a relevant discipline preferred.

• Track record of delivering innovative solutions and enterprise-scale architectures.
• Experience in multi-domain projects (web, mobile, cloud, data platforms).
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives and innovation labs.
• Familiarity with generative AI for solution ideation and automation.
• Experience with customer experience platforms and omnichannel solutions.
• Knowledge of industry-specific architectures for healthcare
