Senior ERP Business Analyst (Financial Management)

Location: Hybrid (Arlington, VA). Must be able to travel up to 25% to Nassau County, NY.

Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 a year

What you will do

• Analyze current business processes and develop functional requirements for CGI Advantage 4.0 ERP.
• Develop UAT strategies, scenarios, and test scripts to validate system behavior.
• Coordinate testing efforts with business users and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.
• Support end users with system functionality across Budget, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Procurement.
• Review existing configuration documentation and recommend implementation or testing approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or similar.
• 8-12 years of experience as a business analyst or tester with Financial Management ERP solutions.
• 8+ years of experience specifically with Advantage or Momentum Financials.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Ability to travel approximately 1 week per month.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for interacting with senior-level clients.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL and other data management tools.
• Experience with Automated Testing tools.
