What you will do

  • Provide architectural oversight and audit technical decisions to ensure system health and scalability.
  • Define and enforce engineering standards, code quality practices, and high-performance delivery cadences.
  • Own the full SDLC across multiple accounts, from rigorous planning to incident response and retrospection.
  • Lead and mentor distributed teams of 8–15 engineers, fostering a culture of high-stakes delivery.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for C-level stakeholders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering).
  • Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks to ensure transparent client communication.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of building scalable systems.
  • 3+ years as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead Manager managing distributed teams.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Java, Python, or Node.js for performing deep-dive code reviews.
  • Solid experience in Cloud-native, Microservices, and API design.
  • Experience managing senior-level stakeholders in consulting or digital transformation environments.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory for managing international client relationships.

Nice to have

  • Direct delivery experience with AWS and/or Azure.
  • Exposure to Data platforms, AI/ML product delivery, or advanced DevSecOps practices.
  • Background in large-scale Enterprise Digital Transformation programs.
