What you will do

• Execute backend operational tasks to move members through the imaging process during weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Coordinate with partner sites to ensure scheduling, paperwork, and radiology report retrieval are handled promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for members throughout their journey during off-hours.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement automation or process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Liaise between clinical teams and scanning sites to ensure seamless handoffs and information flow.
• Contribute to product development by identifying and reporting operational issues encountered on the frontline.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 1-5 years of experience in a customer service and operations role.
• Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and be flexible for holidays and evening hours.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex, multi-step workflows independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of empathy.
