TL;DR

Support Center Consultant (Healthcare IT): Consult with clients to discover needs, provide guidance as clinical communication experts, and propose best practice solutions with an accent on designing and configuring high-quality applications for hirify.global platforms. Focus on exceeding client expectations, documenting requirements, optimizing solutions for self-administration, and retaining clients through resourceful engagement.

Location: Remote first

Salary: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Engage clients through expert questioning and active listening to understand needs and issues.
  • Design applications that produce optimal experiences and outcomes for clinicians, patients, and the company.
  • Document requirements and proposed solutions using tools like email, Lucid Chart, PowerPoint, Access, and Tableau.
  • Configure high-quality solutions optimized for client self-administration and help center support.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and act resourcefully to retain clients.
  • Exceed client expectations consistently.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex ideas and lead discussions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with big-picture and detail focus, plus process improvement orientation.
  • Broad knowledge of medical specialties and clinical workflows.
  • Mastery of hirify.global platform and configuration standards.
  • Exceptional customer service skills; approachable team player effective in teaching and coaching.
  • 1–2+ years as a hirify.global Specialist, meeting role expectations and KPIs.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years as a hirify.global Shift Leader.
  • 2+ years as a hirify.global Implementation Consultant.
  • Experience with healthcare technology.
  • Experience in process improvement or call center/professional services.
