What you will do

• Own first-party submission execution for launches, live updates, hotfixes, and regional rollouts across Apple App Store, Google Play, and Epic Games Store.
• Drive release logistics by maintaining checklists, timelines, and release plans to align teams on requirements and dependencies.
• Manage the release calendar and version control to ensure builds and metadata are submitted on schedule.
• Coordinate cross-functional operations between Production, internal stakeholders, QA, and third-party development studios.
• Oversee store setup, including metadata, assets, privacy disclosures, and age ratings to ensure submission accuracy.
• Respond to platform review feedback, coordinate resubmissions, and track rollout status and crash reporting.

Requirements

• 4+ years in mobile game release operations, submission management, or games publishing QA.
• Hands-on experience managing submissions via App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
• Deep understanding of mobile release workflows, platform requirements, store metadata, and regional release setup.
• Experience coordinating with Production, QA, and external vendors in a deadline-driven LiveOps environment.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, TestFlight, Fastlane, and store submission consoles.
• Must be based in El Segundo, California

Nice to have

• Experience with the Epic Games Store and Age Ratings Boards.
• Proven track record of shipping mobile games or supporting live game services in production.
• Active Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM).
