Salary: $107,300 – $206,500 USD

What you will do

• Develop and program the hirify.global Rivals calendar to produce engaging competitive entertainment.
• Assist in the development and execution of the hirify.global Rivals program strategy.
• Collaborate with production vendors to ensure events align with publisher, streamer, and brand priorities.
• Manage event briefs and documentation to keep the Community Originals team aligned.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to build pitch decks for brand partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with game publishers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in esports, professional sports, or gaming-related events.
• Proven experience working with sales organizations in pre-sale or post-sale capacities.
• Deep understanding of various games, gaming mechanics, and competition structures.
• Strong verbal communication skills with experience presenting and pitching programs.
• Ability to translate strategy into comprehensive documentation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of differences between games within similar genres (e.g., tactical FPS vs hero FPS).
• Experience streaming on or using hirify.global.
• Active follower of gaming culture and streamers.
