What you will do

• Shepherd the 5-year franchise vision, strategy, and product roadmap.
• Maintain and develop a high-performing leadership team across Battlefield Studios.
• Ensure AAA quality content delivery on time with financial and development rigor.
• Manage full P&L accountability, including R&D costs, revenue, and monetization strategies.
• Collaborate across multiple studios and disciplines to shape strategic priorities and investments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience managing large teams and franchises in AAA game and live service environments.
• Direct ownership of profit/loss and budget improvement.
• Experience scaling live service franchises generating $200M+ annual revenue.
• Strong technical acumen in game production, AI tool integration, and platform technology strategy.
• Proven ability to mobilize and coordinate across multiple geographic locations and studios.
