What you will do

• Own production delivery for a game feature or department area, managing risk identification and mitigation from concept to completion.
• Coordinate long-term schedules, milestone definitions, and sprint goals; manage daily task execution and sprint planning updates.
• Align with the broader production team to prevent duplicated effort and reduce unnecessary overlap.
• Schedule, attend, and chair meetings; capture clear notes and drive action items to completion.
• Provide regular status updates and communicate milestones and deadlines via in-person meetings, Slack, email, and Confluence.
• Coordinate in-game feature reviews and QA expectations, including test planning, triage, and ensuring show-stopping bugs are handled efficiently.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience on a game development team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including leading group discussions and public speaking.
• Proven organization skills for tracking documents, tasks, and development boards.
• Ability to proactively solve problems end-to-end with urgency, asking questions when clarity is needed.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and influencing without authority.
