Salary: $108,900–$161,160 per year

What you will do

• Lead production for multiple features or departments, ensuring milestone deliverables are met on time and to quality standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to create, track, and manage actionable production schedules.
• Identify development risks and manage feature scope to prevent creep.
• Act as a Feature Owner to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure seamless execution across dependencies.
• Provide day-to-day management and mentorship to production staff.
• Communicate project status and strategic vision clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience on a HD or AAA game development team.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Mateo, California.
• Expertise in Agile processes and intermediate-level JIRA proficiency.
• Strong ability to influence without authority and manage complex team dynamics.
• Proven experience in risk mitigation and scope management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
