What you will do

• Own the full conversion funnel from first screen to purchase, identifying and fixing bottlenecks.
• Optimize in-app onboarding, activation steps, and the path to paywalls to improve time-to-value.
• Design and execute monetization experiments regarding pricing, paywalls, and subscription mechanics.
• Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests to lift user engagement and funnel efficiency.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to discover product growth opportunities.
• Partner with designers and creative teams to implement rapid product changes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager or Growth Marketing Manager for web consumer products.
• Strong analytical skills in interpreting funnels, cohorts, and A/B test results.
• Solid understanding of subscription and freemium business models.
• Experience launching features or products to market end-to-end.
• Excellent written English for copy, messaging, and in-product text.
• Self-starter mindset for zero-to-one environments.
