TL;DR

Lead Product Marketing Manager (SaaS): Defining product positioning and messaging for complex privacy tech solutions with an accent on product-led growth strategy and cross-functional alignment. Focus on executing go-to-market strategies, translating technical features into compelling customer-driven narratives, and driving sales enablement.

Location: Fully Remote (global). Optional office presence available in Milan or Bologna.

What you will do

Define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new feature launches.
Drive product-led growth by aligning priorities between Product, Marketing, and Operations.
Translate complex technical features into compelling narratives grounded in real customer pain points.
Conduct ongoing market research and competitive intelligence to refine product strategy.
Create sales enablement materials and tools to support the sales organization.
Track growth metrics and report on performance to identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing.
Strong experience in positioning technical SaaS features and executing GTM strategies.
Deep understanding of software development dynamics, SaaS functionalities, and metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Full proficiency in English required.

Nice to have

Prior experience in startup or scale-up environments.
Background in martech or legaltech.
Familiarity with standard marketing tools.
