What you will do

• Develop and execute proactive client retention strategies and monitor client health to reduce churn.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Board Members, HOA leadership, and key decision-makers.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and strategic market engagement.
• Partner with operational leaders to resolve escalations and optimize service delivery.
• Identify upsell opportunities for ancillary services like maintenance and construction.
• Track and report on organic growth KPIs, including retention rates and cNPS performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in community/HOA management, client success, or business development leadership.
• Deep understanding of community association operations and board governance.
• Proven track record in client retention and new business development.
• Strong executive presence and professional communication skills.
• Must be located in or able to work in St. George, UT.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Vantaca, CINC Systems, or FrontSteps.
