Service Financial Controller (Manufacturing)

Service Financial Controller (Manufacturing Service): Provide end-to-end financial controlling and business partnership for the Separation Service Division with an accent on forecasting, backlog management, and SAP financial control. Focus on ensuring financial accuracy, revenue recognition, margin integrity, and audit readiness in a high-complexity manufacturing service environment.

Location: Office-based in Arlington, TX, US (5 days per week)

What you will do

• Own monthly, quarterly, annual forecasting cycles (FC0, FC3, FC6, FC9, BUD) and partner with service management for accuracy.
• Manage backlog and open orders through continuous data cleanup, plausibility checks, variance analysis, and revenue/cost alignment.
• Act as financial business partner providing insights on profitability, margins, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decisions.
• Serve as manufacturing SAP finance expert ensuring correct setup of service orders and applying manufacturing accounting principles.
• Prepare for audits (1.5 weeks interim, 3 weeks year-end) and maintain compliance with group standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related; CPA/CMA preferred
• 7+ years in manufacturing finance/controlling; service organization experience preferred
• Manufacturing SAP experience required; strong manufacturing accounting knowledge
• Forecasting/budgeting, general ledger, audit support, backlog management experience
• Advanced Excel; ability to handle complex datasets and tight deadlines
• Strong business acumen, attention to detail, communication skills
