TL;DR

Business Development Associate (Partnerships): Identify, negotiate, and manage customer acquisition partnerships with pet and non-pet brands with an accent on end-to-end ownership from ideation to execution and ROI optimization. Focus on building strong partner relationships, conducting market research, establishing KPIs, and scaling offline marketing channels.

Location: Remote from LATAM (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico); must work EST hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM EST)

What you will do

  • Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with aligned brands for customer acquisition
  • Own partnerships end-to-end: ideation, contracting, campaign execution, and management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships as primary point of contact
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities
  • Establish KPIs, track results, analyze outcomes, and optimize for ROI
  • Support scaling of offline marketing channels via reporting, agency coordination, and logistics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, Operations, and marketing teams

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in sales, partnerships, growth marketing, or business development
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
  • Strong communication skills for outward-facing role
  • Analytical mindset to build business cases and evaluate impact
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, basic formulas, and metrics like CAC/ROI
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, independent problem-solver
  • Ability to work EST hours
