What you will do

• Lead hotel accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end close processes in compliance with hospitality standards
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy and timeliness
• Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to drive profitability and cost control
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, tax filings, and hospitality regulations
• Collaborate with hotel leadership and department heads to support operational and financial decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management (CPA preferred)
• 4–6+ years of accounting/finance experience including hotel/hospitality and supervisory leadership
• Proficiency in hotel systems (M3 Accounting, OPERA PMS, MICRO POS, ProfitSword)
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills with fluency in English
