Salary: $90,000 – $120,000

What you will do

• Manage digital distribution business financials, including month-end and quarter-end closing processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Studio HQ and international teams to standardize and simplify financial processes.
• Research and reconcile discrepancies in monthly royalty reporting from distributors.
• Facilitate internal and external audit requests and support SAP S/4 implementation.
• Lead and coach a direct report through performance management and career development.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Universal City, Los Angeles office at least 4 days per week.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.

Nice to have

• CPA designation.
• Experience with SAP, AOE, BPC, or MicroStrategy.
• Previous experience within the media and entertainment industry.
