What you will do
- Design and scale onboarding and ever-boarding programs to accelerate ramp time for new hires.
- Build and run workshops and certifications covering cold calling, outbound messaging, and prospecting.
- Partner with leadership to identify performance gaps and create enablement programs to address them.
- Capture best practices from top-performers to create repeatable frameworks and playbooks.
- Develop a central resource hub with talk tracks, case studies, and templates to reduce friction.
- Translate new product releases and workflows into clear outbound plays to drive adoption and retention.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in enablement, sales, or SDR roles, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Direct experience carrying an SDR/outbound quota or coaching BDRs responsible for pipeline generation.
- Deep understanding of the outbound motion and the drivers of high-quality pipeline.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for running workshops and executive-level conversations.
- Experience managing enablement systems such as Notion, Gong, or an LMS.
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
