What you will do

• Rapidly prototype and build functional code and AI-driven data pipelines using Claude, Cursor, and other frontier models.
• Develop internal tools in non-production environments and submit PRs for the core engineering team to finalize.
• Identify high-impact business problems in CRE sales and marketing workflows and implement fast AI-augmented solutions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure prototypes are secure, scalable, and production-ready.
• Drive AI transformation initiatives to automate manual processes across Biscred and hirify.global.
• Optimize business metrics such as prospecting efficiency, data accuracy, and user growth.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in product, engineering, data, or analytics.
• Deep proficiency with Claude, Cursor, GPT, or o1 using prompt engineering and agent workflows.
• Hands-on experience with local development environments and git (branches, PRs, code review).
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Boston office.
• Proven track record of building and shipping AI projects and functional prototypes.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS or sales and marketing tools.
• Exposure to commercial real estate data.
