What you will do

• Create, modify, and export CNC cutter programs using approved software to ensure production efficiency.
• Digitize new parts and manage pattern databases, serving as a technical lead in the cutting area.
• Operate CNC cutters and plotters while training and supporting machine operators.
• Collaborate with product development model makers, fabric purchasing, and customer service to develop new patterns.
• Calculate fabric yardage requirements and classify fabrics into stretch categories.
• Monitor rush orders to ensure proper prioritization and on-time delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, shop orders, and dispatch lists.
• Competency in basic math for calculating yardages, proportions, and volume.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills for coordinating with vendors and co-workers.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Hildebran, NC.

Nice to have

• Previous understanding of patterns and fabrics.
• Experience with textile cutting software such as Accumark, PDS 2000, or System Management software.
