What you will do

• Own Product discovery within areas of the hirify.global business, working closely with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to help drive the product strategy and roadmap.
• Maintain end-to-end ownership of your dedicated product area, from idea creation to go-live.
• Ensure the voice of the customer is heard throughout the product development process.
• Lead product shaping and prioritisation by framing problems and defining scope.
• Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success & Support to ensure successful feature releases and measure impact.

Requirements

• Several years of product experience in the B2B SaaS space, in a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of delivering ambitious, complex products with full ownership.
• Ability to drive product strategy and roadmap.
• Experience leading product shaping and prioritisation.
• Strategic thinking combined with commercial pragmatism and experience navigating senior stakeholders.
• Superb prioritisation and communication skills.
