Location: Remote or Hybrid (Brazil). Must have the legal right to work in the country of residence or the location of the role.

What you will do

  • Own the launch and early scaling of Terapia in the Brazilian market.
  • Conduct deep user research with patients and therapists to uncover blockers and pain points.
  • Manage the first cohort of therapists and establish operational workflows.
  • Design and scale repeatable GTM playbooks to grow operations from zero to hundreds of users.
  • Collaborate with local teams to optimize product features and the matching system.
  • Establish processes and hire the first customer success team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience launching a product, market, or operation from zero to first users.
  • Ability to own outcomes end-to-end in early-stage, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong user empathy and experience making decisions based on real customer insights.
  • Analytical mindset to translate data into clear operational actions.
  • Fluent English and Portuguese.
  • Legal right to work in the location of the role (no visa sponsorship available).
