Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 USD

An enterprise health technology company providing comprehensive solutions for employers and health plans, including pharmacy benefit management (PBM) and an Enterprise Health Platform.

What you will do

  • Triage incoming clinical program calls and conduct outreach to prescribers, pharmacies, and members.
  • Lead operational tasks for programs such as pharmacogenomics, MTM, and opioid safety edits.
  • Manage and maintain drug lists through periodic and ad-hoc updates.
  • Support reporting requirements and monitor claims to ensure stakeholder communication.
  • Identify and document issues to ensure patients receive quality care and resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal business and clinical partners to support program initiatives.

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted pharmacy technician license.
  • 2+ years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting, PBM, or health plan.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects with minimal direction.
  • Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

  • Medication Therapy Management (MTM) experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Confluence, Jira, Tableau, and Salesforce.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred).
