Salary: $93,800 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own and facilitate cross-functional stakeholder interactions across engineering, product development, marketing, supply chain, and operations for successful product releases.
  • Deliver program elements including product performance KPIs, cost, and timelines from ideation to mass production.
  • Utilize metrics, KPIs, and data to drive decision-making and identify risks with mitigation plans.
  • Spot resource gaps, act as General Manager for New Product Development in assigned product line, and channel global information to local teams.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline or significant consumer goods product development experience.
  • 7+ years direct program management experience, preferably in consumer goods; proven track record managing high-visibility cross-functional projects.
  • Advanced experience with MS Project (or similar), Excel, Jira, and Visio.
  • Strong executive presentation skills, ability to manage complexity, bias to action, and accountability; PMP preferred.

Nice to have

  • Six Sigma certification.
