What you will do

• Deliver on-site product training and professional learning courses for teachers and school administrators.
• Provide tailored support including lesson planning, pacing, and data analysis to improve classroom instruction.
• Facilitate the effective implementation of Ready and i-Ready programs to ensure educational equity.
• Collaborate with sales teams and school leaders to identify implementation successes and challenges.
• Maintain detailed training documentation and participate in a cycle of professional feedback and coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in ELA or Reading.
• At least 2+ years of experience teaching ELA/Reading, coaching teachers, and providing professional development.
• Strong working knowledge of Common Core State Standards for ELA or Reading (Grades K–8).
• Valid driver's license and own transportation for heavy travel (up to 80% including overnight stays).
• Proficiency with digital tools, online assessments, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be based in or be open to relocating to the Morgantown, WV area.
