Senior Automation Engineer (UiPath)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Intelligent Automation solutions with UiPath.
• Integrate automations with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Guide junior and mid-level automation engineers and support peer code reviews.
• Discover, estimate, and deliver Agentic AI solutions using the UiPath suite, including Maestro.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and implement automated unit and integration testing.
• Diagnose complex defects, optimize performance, and stabilize processes before handoff to support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Intelligent Automation software engineering.
• Deep experience developing complex UiPath workflows with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification.
• Experience with Action Center, Coding Agents, and Agentic AI solutions leveraging Maestro.
• Strong analytical, architecture, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required for international client and project work.

Nice to have

• Consulting or client-facing experience.
• Python coding skills or willingness to develop them.
• Experience or interest in process mining, low-code platforms, conversational AI, or test automation.
• Experience with Automation Anywhere or Power Automate.
