Salary: $46,080 – $82,680 (up to $99,240 in certain CA areas)

What you will do
- Lead onsite Deskside Support Technicians and act as the primary point of contact for staff escalations at medium to large sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced hardware and software issues across a diverse range of device types.
- Coordinate software upgrades, system images, and cutting-edge hardware deployments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and alliance partners, such as Microsoft, to resolve technical issues.
- Perform IMAC (installs, moves, adds, and changes) activities and data backup/restore for clients.
- Identify and present innovative ideas for modernization and automation to enhance end-user experience and drive cost savings.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen and live in the United States of America.
- 5+ years of experience providing IT support in a large customer-facing Enterprise Environment.
- Proven experience in Deskside Support technical leadership.
- Strong communication skills across email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Ability to perform advanced problem determination and resolution of desktop hardware and software problems according to SLAs.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
