What you will do

• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Manage and develop salaried and hourly maintenance associates, ensuring optimal labor utilization.
• Drive safety, quality, and cost KPIs by implementing sustainable solutions for equipment issues.
• Own maintenance budgets and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Partner with plant leadership and engineering on capital projects and long-term asset strategies.
• Oversee contractors, vendors, and storeroom operations in compliance with safety policies.

Requirements

• Experience leading maintenance or engineering teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems and reliability-focused decision making.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and analyze downtime and cost data.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to partner across plant departments.
