Account Manager, SMB Publisher, France (London based)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office.

What you will do

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of small and mid-sized publisher partnerships across France.
• Understand client KPIs and develop plans to improve performance and achieve business goals.
• Monitor and analyze metrics, proactively identifying actions to improve results.
• Advise publishers on hirify.global’s platform, technology, revenue ecosystem, and available opportunities.
• Identify new opportunities and upsell hirify.global’s platform based on client needs.
• Share client business intelligence and product feedback with the product management team.

Requirements

• Native or professional fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
• At least 2–3 years of client-facing experience, preferably in digital media or online advertising.
• Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
• Basic data analysis skills and the ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with digital publishers.
• Business-level proficiency in an additional European language.
