What you will do

• Own the end-to-end launch process for new currencies and corridors across NA, LATAM, and Europe.
• Define product requirements and prioritize delivery with engineering teams to ensure focus on high-impact launches.
• Manage technical requirements and settlement needs with liquidity providers and banking partners.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to navigate jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements.
• Track post-launch adoption and performance to remove operational and product friction for customers.
• Establish a repeatable launch framework including gating criteria and ownership models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with cross-border payments, FX, card networks, or digital asset settlement.
• Experience launching products across multiple markets or regulatory environments.
• Strong operational discipline for managing complex dependencies and launch plans.
• Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom (On-site)

Nice to have

• Experience with Latin American payment corridors and local banking ecosystems.
• Spanish language skills.
• Familiarity with stablecoin settlement and crypto-enabled payment flows.
