What you will do

• Supervise day-to-day operations, including employees, facility, and budget.
• Ensure strict compliance with corporate health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Lead the branch's emergency response team and conduct regular safety audits.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and communicate performance expectations.
• Provide direct supervision for Material Handlers.
• Coordinate with outside agencies during inspections (DOT, EPA, FDA, DHS).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in operations.
• Knowledge of chemical distribution facility operation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Odessa, TX.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
