What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for domestic and international shipments
• Ensure compliance with hazardous materials regulations (DOT, IATA, IMDG)
• Prepare shipping documentation including export paperwork and customs forms
• Manage export processes and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers
• Serve as primary contact for customers on shipment planning and delivery
• Track shipments, resolve issues, and improve processes for efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or equivalent
• 2–5+ years in logistics, shipping, or supply chain
• Experience with hazardous materials regulations (DOT required; IATA/IMDG preferred)
• Knowledge of export regulations (EAR/ITAR strongly preferred)
• Experience with international shipments and freight forwarders/customs brokers
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
