What you will do

• Initiate, coordinate, and implement TOI and specifications for manufacturing processes.
• Develop, document, and sustain technical specifications using appropriate data and tools.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
• Evaluate risk/reward priorities for process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external sources to solve complex technical problems and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in Engineering, Technology, or Physical Sciences.
• Experience with process control and new product introduction technologies.
• Work location: Onsite in Marshall, TX.
• Proven project management skills.
• Experience in process-driven, continuous operations.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in the Wire & Cable industry.
• Experience leading high-performance work teams.
• Proficiency in programming and data analytics.
