Abbeville DC Supervisor - Night Shift 7am-7pm

What you will do

• Oversee team performance, monitor leads, and address operational gaps in real-time.
• Drive on-time delivery, clear backlogs, meet targets, and coordinate with shipping, trucking, and logistics partners.
• Ensure safe, clean, organized work environment and proper execution of floor processes.
• Troubleshoot process/equipment issues and resolve shop floor conflicts.
• Communicate policies, perform clerical tasks like record keeping, and lead quality/cost-saving initiatives.
• Mentor and guide associates while tracking performance against deliverables.

Requirements

• High School/GED Diploma.
• Experience leading a team in floor/plant environment.
• SAP experience highly preferred; shipping/receiving and production/cable making experience strongly preferred.
• Excel for reporting; computer skills for data entry, email, basic office programs.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and use written instructions.
• Lead by example, prioritize safety, meet cost/quality goals.
