Salary: 29,000 - 35,000 yearly

What you will do

• Act as second line escalation for complex technical issues, supporting Junior IT Support Technician
• Support core systems including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, networking, and servers
• Assist with AWS cloud infrastructure and developer systems like Perforce
• Monitor performance, resolve issues proactively, and support infrastructure projects
• Handle onboarding/offboarding and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• Experience in IT support, systems, or infrastructure roles
• Strong Microsoft 365 & Entra ID knowledge
• Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls)
• Windows Server & Active Directory
• Scripting (PowerShell or similar), Linux administration, AWS experience
• Full UK driving licence

Nice to have

• Perforce or version control at scale
• Docker / Infrastructure as Code
• Experience in the game industry
• Experience with enterprise hardware
