What you will do

• Develop and own Unified Communications Roadmap, assessing emerging AV/IT technologies for innovative solutions.
• Oversee daily AV operations, build technology health dashboards, and act as SME for IT/AV integrations.
• Manage AV team (1 FTE) including performance, mentoring, and training Service Desk contractors.
• Coordinate vendors for AV procurements, installations, and service agreements, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Lead technical setup for live/virtual events, introducing creative enhancements for audience experience.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, training materials, and workshops for AV/collaboration tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years in AV technology and event management
• Bachelor’s in IT, Systems Management or equivalent experience
• Hands-on with technology integration, collaboration platforms, AV systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high-quality delivery
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Operations/Project Management certs: ITILv4, PMP, CSM, CPO
• Technology certs: CTS, Net+, Dante
