Salary: $75,000 – $110,000

What you will do

• Own the day-to-day audio/visual technology experience across company offices and events.
• Support conference rooms and optimize hybrid meeting environments.
• Coordinate and operate internal live events such as town halls and all-hands meetings.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, and connectivity issues in real-time under pressure.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and event playbooks.
• Partner with stakeholders and external vendors to implement scalable AV solutions.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in AV support, live event production, or workplace technology.
• Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and room systems like Logitech Rally.
• Strong understanding of AV fundamentals, including signal flow, audio levels, and switching.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent events while maintaining high quality.
• Must be a U.S. person or eligible to access export controlled information without authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or standardizing AV setups across multiple offices.
• Knowledge of AV-over-IP and basic networking concepts.
• Experience managing external AV vendors and contractors.
• Background working in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
