What you will do
- Lead end-to-end program management of AI transformation initiatives across all company functions.
- Embed within Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Finance to identify and deploy high-leverage AI use cases.
- Drive 100% AI adoption and ensure it translates into measurable efficiency gains.
- Own AI governance and responsible deployment standards in collaboration with Legal and IT Security.
- Develop organization-wide AI fluency through coaching and documentation.
- Manage project rigor with clear scope, defined timelines, and documented outcomes for the COO.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management, management consulting, or business operations.
- Demonstrated experience deploying generative AI tools, including prompt engineering and workflow automation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities.
- Experience in a software company or tech-adjacent environment, especially in post-merger or high-growth contexts.
- Familiarity with enterprise software tools including ERP, CRM, and support platforms.
- Must be based in Atlanta, GA or Scottsdale, AZ.

- Background in change management or organizational design.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
